A £1.5m 3 book deal signed in May 2020 on behalf of Captain Tom by Hannah Ingram-Moore was supposed to benefit the Cpt Tom charity "turned out to be an almost purely commercial deal enriching the family". Seriously critical findings from the Charity Commission.
