I'm proud that WA Gov. Ferguson signed my Bill, HB 1461, to increase State support for our future energy needs - including advanced #nuclear - by making sure our agencies are empowered to respond to changing markets when constructing new power generating plants.

On the Capitol’s 4th floor the hallways are lined with class portraits of House members going back generations and Frank’s portrait, as Speaker of the House, is there in the center of so many of them. His mission lives on in the House chamber: to make our world a more bearable place.
