He/Him. Kept man in Vermont, late of Arizona. Sometime writer; calligrapher; fountain pen enthusiast.
This is like a variant and just as true iteration of Voltaire: "I always made one prayer to God, a very short one. Here it is: "O Lord, make our enemies quite ridiculous!" God granted it."

Given all the time they spent mucking up our intelligence services, I doubt they could if they wanted to. The folks they installed are typically bunglers.

Over the last few years I've said this country is one big dysfunctional family in need of intervention. So many vocal EPs on social media today who say their kids do so "because of politics" and it nearly always unmasks as denied abuse. Abusers don't want change and hate people comparing notes.

I'm wondering if at this point the Hive isn't some colonization method to wipe out a sentient populace in the most peaceful way possible so they don't use up more resources and just slowly starve. Animals remain, just nothing intelligent enough to kill you.

As a society the U.S. would rather invent boogeymen and scapegoat outliers instead of dealing with our actual problems.

I have some wing tips I need to check on, and about four wings. Also lot of chicken that was use by yesterday but I know how far to push it. Still looks like Instant Pot Chicken Rogan Josh Day today.

Sometimes you just have to let it go.

"I have read a fiery gospel writ in burnished rows of steel" goes harder though.

I somehow had the chicken pox twice, which I have heard makes me vulnerable to shingles. I hate shots but vaccine it is.
