Hello Sunshine. Finished in one, long sitting. Absolutely incredible. 10/10. Somehow both incredibly emotionally heavy and serious while also a very fun(? engaging? gorgeous?) book to read. Cannot recommend it enough. Thank you, @keezyyoung.bsky.social

I saw @themountaingoats.bsky.social last night and the show was incredible. Great energy, great tunes. I sang along to a lot of songs I’d never heard before. I was a bit surprised at how much it made me reflect on the nature of God, though.

This is the best day of my life. Look at it. It’s magnificent.

Oh yeah? Can you prove it? I don't see your name on here.

A lot of people sort of reading whatever they wanted into this post but I think it’s worth saying that if you read this and thought “actually the fascists deserve this” then you’re also saying it’s cool if 27 children die in a flood as long as it kills maybe like 30 fascists too.

I know your reply has been sitting here for days or whatever but I’ve been really trying to understand how my take that we shouldn’t see climate disaster as politicized is shit. There are 27 children who couldn’t vote that now never will. Even if their parents were fascists, I think this is bad.

Jesus. @theonion.com never really misses but this is better messaging on the current budget situation than most actual lawmakers are putting out.

Make Some Cards. Designers given wacky prompts have to come up with off-the-cuff designs (simple abilities, rough outlines of a card, un-style or otherwise). Winner gets the coveted Golden Bear.

I love when an author has a signature style or worldbuilding element that you can immediately recognize as theirs, even in collaborative storytelling environments. Anyways, I hope I get to see more work from @onlyonelopez.bsky.social.

Apparently TikTok forgot that Eli Whitney died in 1825.

I edit an interview podcast on the side and this is what a typical episode timeline looks like for an hour and a half long conversation.

I had to make a Poshmark account to buy a gift for someone and all of these email notifications were on by default. I made the account on Saturday and received eight emails in just two days that had nothing to do with my one, single purchase I’ve made. The internet is hell now.

I am an admittedly very slow reader. I take time with books I'm enjoying. Thankfully, @isaac-fellman.bsky.social did send me this one months ago so I could finish it before publication, and it is incredible. Read my more in-depth review below. No spoilers, I hope.
