Got crafty with my Dad when I was visiting in September. I wanted to learn how to use his lathe so we made a salt cellar. It’s the littlest things you appreciate at some points, like time with your folks. Spalted Maple.

Visiting family and took the ferry to Vashon Island to do some exploring. Mt Rainier was out and the weather was beautiful. Caught the beginning of the sunset on the way back to Pt Defiance too.
