Soccer and Music. Ran a club/coached some kids, looking to get back into it. Played guitar in some bands long ago.
Do they have the will to pay players out of their own money instead of the SUM/MLS money pool?

Got City Islanders/Penn FC vibes from that coverage, but remembering Malik wanted MLS so bad I wouldnt put an NCFC MlsNextPro independent team come 2027 if the USL plan is still mostly smoke and ponies...

Looking for NCFC MlsNextPro in 2027 unless there is a ton of momentum for USL-P

Because the prize money for UCL football introduced an imbalance in the pro REL system that nobody has been willing to address?

He might be great at recovering loose balls for his club but I dont think there are enough ball recovery opps for the US to offset the number of he misreads when to agressively run away from where he should be. Its like defensive heroball and it rarely works.

Or..Luna's cover shadow was corectly cutting off that wide pass that xDawg decided was the latest "squirrel!" to chase instead of providing the central cover you would expect.

2) “Realism” is relative and subjective.

For me, I am less concerned about whether an activity “looks” like soccer aesthetically as I am about whether the player actions, behaviors, and decision are realistic, based on what I want to see when they play 11v11.

(And that isn’t hyperbole, I have the receipts)

Oddly enough (well maybe not so odd) I’ve taken multiple courses in Austria and Spain, and earned my UEFA-B in Wales, and never had any problems passing a course.

And I never felt like I had to try and be anyone other than myself in order to do so.

In the US, I struggled in the C license because I didn’t take the above advice. In the end I said “F- it! I’m coaching my way, and if it’s not good enough so be it” In the C it was. In the B it wasn’t. I was failed by a coach whose college team literally couldn’t/wouldn’t string 3 passes together

So many activities, tools, etc. that I have found transformative and effective, tools that you’ll see in use in top soccer countries, are on the “bad” list.

Rondos = bad
Non-directional games= bad
Neutrals= bad
Multi goal games = bad
Conditions and restrictions = bad…..
