I think a lot of people have a lot of unorganized ideas about it, but there are people like Olayemi Olurin and Mariame Kaba who discuss real solutions. Kaba has written several books about it.

No way! Ugh I missed you by 1 day? Rotten luck, I was there shopping for my dad today. I don't think it was the manager though. His hair was more red. Everyone there is so nice, so he's doing a great job!

They were displayed on an end cap, so I picked one up to hopefully encourage a "hey I wrote that" conversation if it was him 😂 The guy never turned enough for me to see his face

Dang it! He didn't have enough beard, but you could have trimmed it idk. I'm only one county over, it could have been you! I was at the one near Montgomeryville mall.

I'm on day 2 of one at the moment, but I've had it on and off for years. I have multiple triggers but having long covid has made it more frequent. Anxiety meds have helped, dramamine, but I haven't found a failsafe solution yet 🤞

He was my favorite from the show. I didn't follow closely, but I know the drug problems were on and off for years and caused serious health issues. His book details it all, but I haven't read it yet. Sad to see him go so soon.
