Back on the culinary wagon, so to speak - this time, Penne Alla Vodka. Easy to make, and about 160mg of sodium a serving when I substitute Grana Padano cheese for parmesan. The vodka adds a bit of sweetness to the overall taste. Recipe here - www.delish.com/cooking/reci... #comfortfood

Never say never - my second try at Pad Thai, this time skipping the low sodium stuff and going for broke with a different recipe - more oil, thinner noodles, and shrimp. Much better, and since I'm still alive today, not enough sodium to turn me into a pillar of salt. #ifatfristyoudontsucceed
