Back on the culinary wagon, so to speak - this time, Penne Alla Vodka. Easy to make, and about 160mg of sodium a serving when I substitute Grana Padano cheese for parmesan. The vodka adds a bit of sweetness to the overall taste. Recipe here - www.delish.com/cooking/reci... #comfortfood

Thanks for this, I was also able to access the English version (I'm in Toronto) by setting my VPN to US. That seemed to do the trick.

An absolutely terrific concert last night - The Yellowjackets - accompanied by an equally terrific "pickup" band of 14 Toronto musicians, including Kevin Turcotte and David Occhipinti (I wish I could remember all the other names, because they were all superb.) #jazz #yellowjacketsjazz #torontojazz

Never say never - my second try at Pad Thai, this time skipping the low sodium stuff and going for broke with a different recipe - more oil, thinner noodles, and shrimp. Much better, and since I'm still alive today, not enough sodium to turn me into a pillar of salt. #ifatfristyoudontsucceed
