I'd say Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask are out there as the best ones. I love Ocarina, but I'd probably vote for Majora's Mask because of how it ties so many story elements together.

Definitely the Carnival of Time. There are others that are cool (Picori festival particularly stands out) but that's the one I'd just love to be a part of.

Time Tangle by Leslie (Danny) Daniels. Danny was a part of our church until he died recently. This was a story he told over a number of years when he was a primary school teacher, that he then turned into a book at the age of 91! It's really good, a really exciting adventure and really well told.
