There's been a lot of #WordPress drama these last few months. But, I'm super pleased with the number of accessibility fixes that are coming in version 6.8. Many thanks to all the volunteers who worked hard to make that happen.
The FTC has finalized a consent order against accessiBe for deceptive claims about its accessWidget. The tool falsely promised WCAG compliance for any website. Now, accessiBe is barred from misleading marketing and must pay $1 million. #Accessibility #WCAG #FTC
