We had Ponderosas (though not at the mall). Both had those butter-brushed rolls so they were essentially the same, but York felt more fancy because we didn't have one nearby.

I've found a great use for AI is to use it to find ways around a bot barrier. (In my case, I was getting nowhere with AirBNB support but a quick AI query led to a phrase to open a roadblock and get a human involved.)
