According to MOHO, change begins with meaningful goals (volition), aligning new behaviours with routines (habituation), and adapting skills and environments to support engagement. Practice fosters mastery, embedding habits into roles and identity.

Parliament does not need to be a place. It is a process focused on considering legislation and holding the government to account. Instead of spending billions on the Palace of Westminster, they should move it online and have MPs based in their constituencies.

Murphy & McVey (2010) it is a “Logical error” to assume that performing ADL improves wellbeing - A great extract reminding us of the need for #OccupationalTherapy to look broadly at the meaning behind behaviour for those with histories of trauma.
