Particularly sad. I played ball with group of kids from both sides of the border at Derby Line every summer in the late ‘60s and early ‘70s. Nobody at the ballppark cared where you woke up that morning.

The intent is to prevent the Board from having a quorum. Without one it cannot make any decisions.

Without a Board or a General Counsel or GC designate unions and employees will have no redress for violations of the law.
