Great walk today at the McAlister Walk for Sobriety. Amazing to think about the lives saved by the McAlister Institute over the years. Such critical work in San Diego helping those suffering from addiction.

Ride up the coast to Tamarack State Beach and it was a gorgeous day today. Just a little sweaty. Had great conversations with happy cyclists too.

Today I rode 58 miles in honor of my wife, my mom, my aunt, sister in law and so many people who have been affected by cancer. The Curebound challenge raises money for @salkinstitute.bsky.social @scripps.edu @ucsdhealthsci.bsky.social @lajollainstitute @radychildrensoc.bsky.social #fuckcancer
