My favorites were Dungeons and Drama (Broadway and gamer nerds romantically unite!) and The Cottage Around the Corner (witchy cozy hotness with a believable conflict.) Kelly Bishop’s memoir was awesome with her extensive history in Broadway and dance (and of course GG.) 2/ #booksky

I think it’s funny that points people have recently made about the movies (the whole “I was today years old when I realized…”) were immediately picked up by a 5 yr old and 8 yr old. Makes this critic at heart very happy.

(And she likes CE as Elphaba but prefers “Elsa” which is no surprise) /end

We had watched Wizard of Oz for the first time a few wks prior, and she had rewatched a bunch of scenes so it’s pretty fresh. One thing she asked was “where does the red brick road go?” And as soon as the bullet train appeared in Wicked, my son said “why didn’t Dorothy just take THAT to Oz??” 2/

Omg. I love it all, but the witchy mix, tarot, and colored animal print are everything!!
