My husband knows I don’t care for things like flowers and chocolates, so he thoughtfully made it a very Lynch Valentine’s Day. He had already started planning this well in advance of his passing - that’s how well he knows me. I’m beyond thrilled!! This is the height of romance for me. 💙🌹

I was scrolling and stumbled across a Mermaids AI generated list (well at least they know me) and it struck me just how much I think my daughter is resembling young Christina Ricci as she gets older. I don’t just think it’s because of the hair. I should watch this, it’s been a while.

Dog Man is the book series that got my son to fall in love with reading. Needless to say, we had to go see the movie on opening weekend. Both kids enjoyed it so much and there were plenty of things to keep parents entertained. And it was surprisingly emotional in a couple parts! #moviesky

January’s reads were very good. Not a stinker in the bunch, though I didn’t really enjoy reading All the Hearts You Eat. It was bleak and areyoufreakinkiddingme gory in 1 part. 1/ #booksky

My daughter’s 6th birthday is Wednesday and we started celebrating early (no party this year.) I ordered a small unicorn funfetti cake from a new-ish bakery, told them to be creative, and this is what I got 😮🤩 🦄 And it’s legit the most buttery buttercream icing I’ve had in my life.

I didn’t take my 5 year old to Wicked in the theatre bc I couldn’t guarantee if she would be bored or scared, and I didn’t want to ruin anyone’s experience. We bought it on Prime yesterday and have already watched it twice (my intuition was good, but she did love a lot of it.) 1/

I keep forgetting that this exists which is a shame because the vibe here is so much nicer than most. I’ll try to be more active.
