To be even more specific, many noncitizens PAY INTO the Social Security fund, because they're using false SSNs to get jobs & their employers deduct it from their pay. But they can't be paid by Social Security because that SSN belongs to someone else. Trump's accomplishing nothing.
The number of non-citizens on Social Security is 0. The cost of printing out this stupid Executive Order is greater than the money received by non-citizens on Social Security—which again is $0.
