Two victories for rights of immigrant children! After rejecting the federal government’s efforts to terminate the Flores Settlement last Friday, a federal court on Monday asserted that the government remains legally obligated to promptly process children & they be held in safe, sanitary conditions.

We will continue to be vocal and shine a light by sharing calls to action, providing resources, and especially pushing back against these injustices.
