It's 9% of Windows users, so I suspect it's the same number of Windows 7 installs as before (2%) but more people having moved from Windows 10 to Linux/Mac/Chromebook.

We had Prestel, a similar service, in the UK from the late 70s, but you still needed a conventional micro and a modem. You also had to stand the call costs.

I remember playing with one of these in a hotel lobby on a trip to France in late 80s, they were everywhere!
