tonight I took leftover stir-fry chicken and fried it with a buffalo sauce and a little honey mustard. In a grilled cheese with Muenster (on aforementioned Big Sourdough). this is incredible with some Sam's Diet Cola that has been open for a couple of days!

I made this big beautiful loaf of whole wheat sourdough but it's so filling I'm worried I can't finish it before it goes bad, so I've been making these crazy sandwiches every night
