PIP is NOT an unemployment benefit.

It does NOT “incentivise” people not to work.

In fact, PIP allows many people to find or stay in work.

Progression on this Bill is vital. Stop the decimation of hope IPP sentences deliver.
Lord Woodley’s Bill to end the cruel & monumental injustice of the #IPPscandal has passed its 2nd Reading.

Will Prime Minister Keir Starmer now do the right thing & give the Bill government time for a full & proper Committee Stage?

Let’s end this injustice now

🚨 No one should spend 12 yrs in jail for stealing a mobile phone! It’s unthinkable! #IPPscandal

When we tell you that privatising NHS delivery a bad idea, it’s not “ideology”. It’s cos we know that health services redesigned by corporate stooges end up *undertreating* the poor, sick & complex - but also expensively *overtreating*/overtesting ppl where there’s money to be made. Case in point 👇
So this is the new great idea🤔

I’m pretty sure if Sarah had seen a GP she wouldn’t have needed to have a CT scan, no need to speak to the ENT registrar & yes it could be managed in the community

Why does NHS England always underestimate the skills of GPs?

"You seem to be doing better." The words were meant as praise, but they landed like a knife, slicing through the delicate fabric of her hard-won identity. They erased the anguish, the moments when she had clung to herself with trembling hands. They demanded gratitude, but all she felt was grief.

Excellent "real" portrayal of the complexities of love in an unloving environment
Bird is an authentic, intimate film about a mesmerising 12-year old (Nykiya Adams) living with her father (Barry Keoghan) through poverty & domestic dysfunction. A new friendship with Bird (Franz Rogowski🎭 🎯💎) brings tenderness, light & fantasy 🦅 Empathetically shot. 9/10 👏🏾👏🏾
