Not gonna lie, I really love the “MaryKay for boys” analogy. It is so dead accurate.

Whether it's the military, church, or something else, young men desperately need institutions in their lives that help them have direction, feel wanted and purposeful, and stay out of trouble. The decline of young male participation in such organizations is very, very problematic.
