Is it just I but it seems to me we’ve drifted quite a bit from Thomas Jefferson’s word in the Declaration: “Governments are instituted among men, and derive their just powers from the consent of the governed.” Very few of the governed seem to be consenting to what’s going on these days!

The DOJ sandwich thrower as it turns out is a much decorated active duty staff Sergeant in the Marines. He identified himself immediately and offered to self surrender to the felony charge, but they sent 20 officers to arrest him. What a debacle it would be if the grand jury declines to indict.

According to Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL), 234 industry lobbyists registered for the final round of negotiations.
That’s more than:
▶️ All 27 EU countries combined (233)
▶️ 4x the number of scientists (60)
▶️ 7x the number of Indigenous reps (36)
And it gets worse, lobbyists from ExxonMobil, Dow, and the American Chemistry Council are not just showing up…
They’re sitting inside national delegations from Egypt, Kazakhstan, China, Iran, Chile, and the Dominican Republic.
These lobbyists are working in lockstep with petro-states to distract, delay, and drag the process toward the lowest common denominator.
