Realized I never posted about our recent article: we revisited prior claims linking #Methanobrevibacter to #MS using metagenomes from 115 patients & 115 controls. No overall #archaeome differences, defeating earlier hypotheses. But treatment was associated with elevated M. smithii & M. sp900766745.

Realized I never posted about our recent article: we revisited prior claims linking #Methanobrevibacter to #MS using metagenomes from 115 patients & 115 controls. No overall #archaeome differences, defeating earlier hypotheses. But treatment was associated with elevated M. smithii & M. sp900766745.
