I can't really relate to trans women talking about what it was like going from being perceived as a man to a woman. Like I was so socially withdrawn I didn't have those same experiences. I never dated before transitioning.

I didn't think the new Predator was good but it made me think how much I would enjoy playing a cookie-cutter open world game where you play as a predator fighting monsters and androids on an alien planet.

the jokes in Aristophanes' plays from 5th c. Athens are so weird. like in the Birds, this guy says he left Athens in part because a man yelled at him for not molesting his son

the only times in my life I felt like I was part of a subculture were when I went to hebrew school at age 4 and when my dad started dating another jewish woman so we actually started going to temple for yom kippur.
