Thought I would try to kick my doomscrolling habit by imposing app limits on my phone, pretty generous ones imo. 1 hr each per day for FB & insta, & 30 mins for Snapchat. Then realized that when I set it, it counted me having used those apps earlier today so I'm locked out of them until tomorrow 😅

Thought I would try to kick my doomscrolling habit by imposing app limits on my phone, pretty generous ones imo. 1 hr each per day for FB & insta, & 30 mins for Snapchat. Then realized that when I set it, it counted me having used those apps earlier today so I'm locked out of them until tomorrow 😅
One of the weirdest things about being a non-religious person as an adult is that I started singing in choirs when I was 8 years old so almost all of my fav Christmas songs are religious. We only celebrate cultural Christmas but you best believe I'm listening to O Holy Night while I'm decorating
