I finally received a copy of the @roxley.bsky.social Santorini expansion 'Riddle of the Sphinx' and it's just as good (so far) as I hoped. Even early on the puzzles are tough and I like that they can be solo'd or played co-operatively!

Just thought I'd post the apology that @devirgames.bsky.social posted with regards to their inclusion of racially insensitive content in their game Ace of Spades.
While we can rightfully be angry and upset about how it came to be, I do respect a company that is so thorough in trying to rectify it

My Lost Ruins of Arnak Avdenture Chest arrived a few days ago, and yesterday I finally got to play it with the new expansion Twisted Paths (spider temple). I adore how the game adds what feels like a lot with a little. I'll never stop enjoying exploring these mysterious lands!

Last night I got Arnak to the table and got my butt kicked, but it's a fantastic game. Anyone else a fan? Playing with the Leaders expansion and realised during setup I left the character specific tokens at home 😅 We improvised though!

Update: It has a plumbob dice!
Those curious, it's a set collection type game, you try to achieve your aspirations (collect these symbols) by moving to locations, making friends w/ iconic sims (Goths etc) and spending/refilling needs. Apparently took a long time for EA to be happy with the game!

Love the way they've integrated the D20 into so many parts of the new Horrified Dungeons & Dragons. I may not be a big RPG guy, but I can still admire a game that respects the source material so well

I think I found the game of UKGE, a super cute 2 player MOBA about sending toys into battle called Toy Battle! Each unit has a special ability, and each arena has a different unique thing (the graveyard let's you bring discarded troops back). I think it's great!
