there are no such thing as true "free refunds/cancellations" because the business eats costs on that (transaction fees don't get refunded), which then goes into the overhead expenses for the business, and then has to be factored into the retail prices again

If I have any advice on sourcing manufacturers it's literally just that you gotta spend time googling, and then sending prospective manufacturers a message to ask *them* a lot of questions lol
you will learn very quickly about what to ask, production processes, what a manu can/can't do etc

pmo when people post "sharing my manufacturers because I don't ~gatekeep~" and it's something like vistaprint. no one is gatekeeping vistaprint. it's on the first page of google. all manus shared in these types of engagement posts are easy google searches

when I try to do a "safer" design and roll it out at the same time as a more adventurous design, the more adventurous one almost always ends up being more popular; I keep getting evidence that sticking to my more unique concepts pays off 💦

I'm actually kinda bummed that the convention is on halloween this year, because I bought this huge bag of just different kinds of nerds candy to give to kids (nerds is a top tier halloween candy imo) but we weren't home until a lot of kids were probably done for the night :x

There was such a large amount of interest in the collab items from people in regions outside of USA/Canada, that we were able to expand the licensing contract to include many more regions such as UK, Germany, Japan, South Korea, etc.!

re: twitchcon irl streamer discussion, I don't like how many people are currently comfortable with this idea that it's fine to just rope strangers into their Content Creation ™️ live without any warning or asking first.
