When robbing banks I find that the barriers placed in my way are an impediment to successfully robbing the bank. Guards, locks, uncooperative employees, police call buttons, and more! Not to mention that there is *no* "active primary campaign" underway. Filing deadlines haven't even come, and the only polls campaigning are for statewide races where the maps don't matter.

This is already the case, at least in the states I am aware of the policies. You can't buy even a rotisserie chicken at the grocery because it's a prepared food. You can buy a take-and-bake pizza though, because it's not prepared. Restaurants are a no-go for EBT

It is sad, though, that he was elected to root out corruption and has been doing so, but one his close associates ended up being corrupt.

How are such cases prosecuted? Who represents the interests of the courts at a trial? Do they hire an outside counsel as prosecutor?
