I still managed to take a walking tour to DUMBO, and the Brooklyn Bridge, eat delicious Greek pastries at the 9th Ave Food Festival, and see Orville Peck in the Cabaret Kit Kat Club! So a success!

NYC during the transit strike weekend for me was a little like planes, trains, and automobiles waiting on buses, jumping into uber cars with strangers to split the fare, and trusting that it would all turn out ok. It did, but the planner I am was struggling with that lesson.
