As is obvious to those who know him, Nathan continues the work of fighting for so many. I met Nathan as a know-nothing grad student and for almost a decade he has been a staunch supporter and model of the best version of academia
I got to go back to duke to give a talk named after Nancy Armstrong & Len Tennenhouse, and I could barely keep it together trying to explain how @zugenia.bsky.social @profchander.bsky.social & so many others are a kind of extended kinship network of ppl who’ve benefited from Nancy’s partisan backing

BREAKING: Yuval Abraham, co-director of Oscar-winning documentary "No Other Land," says Israeli settlers beat his co-director Hamdan Ballal, injuring his head and stomach — and then Israeli soldiers invaded the ambulance he was in and seized him.

Ballal's whereabouts are now unknown.
