This morning I randomly remembered writing a review of Kenneth Lockridge's A NEW ENGLAND TOWN for Klaus Hansen's US History 1 survey in fall 1991

At one point I said that despite being a short book, it was somewhat repetitive

Hansen wrote in the margin "The same could be said for this review"
