Bah. À Terrebonne, c'est Mathieu Traversy. Il est impliqué dans la ville depuis une vingtaine d'année (Au PQ avant de devenir maire). Son équipe est vraiment aimée et très au front et en contact avec lea citoyens.

Yes and no. It's much more about the you don't take care of what is making the kid inconfortable (as kid being inconfortable and overstimulate is "normal").
And because there are so much parents who don't tend to their kids, people are annoying of kids in general.

Peoples don't complain about kids crying, but about the parents not bottering to take care of what make the kid crying. That's the difference.

Quand j'ai parlé de changer l'aménagement des rues, notamment rétrécir les coins de rues en entonoir, elle a dit que ça causerait des difficultés au déneigement.
