Hello! Im Nieca & I have Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). It’s a mood disorder. An extreme form of PMS. Once monthly in the week b4 my cycle, in addition 2 joint pain & PMS symptoms, I feel overwhelmed. Anxiety attacks. Insomnia. Extreme mood swings. It affects 1 in 10 women. #PMDDAwareness
