I’m really proud of myself. Completed my plan and overhauled my eating (heavily calorie counted but ate what I like). The only person that was stopping me truly was me.

I’m watching #ShiftingGears and I want to thank the people who understands attention to detail and left the call screen up so his daughter got a voicemail in the next scene. A+. It was such a quick flash that it most likely was missed but they did it. I love TV production.
