Well done to all who came to our out to defend the Sandpiper Hotel in the cold

The far-right mobilisation was small, quiet and demoralised

We danced and sang, heard powerful speeches and showed our #solidarity for 3hrs

Statement on Caerphilly By-Election Results Reform UK threw everything they had at this by-election — and they still lost. This result stands as a powerful testament to the dedication and determination of anti-racist campaigners and community activists across Caerphilly. Volunteers delivered thousands of leaflets, spoke directly with residents, and made clear the real dangers posed by Reform’s divisive politics. The defeat of Reform is a major victory for everyone committed to opposing racism and intolerance. The significance of this outcome cannot be overstated. Sincere thanks and congratulations go to all those who worked tirelessly to make it possible. But our work does not end here. The challenge ahead is not only to oppose Reform and other far-right movements, but to build a positive, inclusive, and genuinely anti-racist alternative that offers hope and unity. Cancelled - The organisers of the anti migrant protest at the Sandpiper Hotel have called off their planned event for this Sunday 5th. We are therefore cancelling our counter protest.

Well done to the 350+ anti-racists who came to defend the Sandpiper Refugee hotel on Sunday.

We faced a large far-right racist mob who spewed racist and misogynist abuse. We stood united against hate.
