Every so often I read the "health" section of the Guardian then curse myself for my stupidity.

Widely used to improve the texture and shelf life of packaged foods, enulsifiers have been shown (in animal studies) to cause gut inflammation and glucose intolerance [etc]... It [sic] is found in products such as ice-cream, mayonnaise... bread..." The article lists "emulsifier-free supermarket buys" such as a certain brand of oat milk, without mentioning that milk is itself an emulsion (as is ice cream) and that flour, egg yolks, mustard etc are all natural emulsifiers. I've found it! The worst film summary. (If you're wondering, it's a 2004 adaptation and it's so bad that for several minutes I thought they were playing the wrong film. Everyone's the wrong ethnicity, Atuan has moved to California and the warriors wear Norman armour.)
