I bought a big box of various “bone pens” to give to my students and I removed those particular ones as I didn’t want them going back to uni saying “yeah it was a good placement but she gave me a penis and balls pen on my first day”

My fav from patients is “have you had any surgery on this part of your body?” “No” cue double hip replacements, coupla knees, heart valve, pacemaker, spinal fusion… all on the CT scout view

Haha love an outlier, always good to keep you on your toes

This is because so many people talk about having “the flu” when in reality they had a cold. Therefore the flu = bit of sniffles. People just need to stop overplaying their colds- having a cold sucks! No need to dramatise it by calling it the flu.
