This whole cognitive test thing, I mean, even a basic level of curiosity would lead you to understand they are looking at dementia. But he’s never had a basic level of curiosity.

He sounds just like my brother’s father-in-law, who had a brain injury that made him very self aggrandizing, and now has dementia. Of course, he’s 95 and isn’t running the world’s largest economy off the rails.
