There are Judge Advocates everywhere there are operators. Operators ultimately make the call. Every servicemember has the obligation to follow LAWFUL orders. At a bit of a loss as to the point of the removal. JAG's dedicate their life and career to service of the nation and Constitution.

Contemplating the moment, and our recovery. Language matters- you've seen the lists. Insurrection, Nazi, illegal, unconstitutional, treason. It's heartbreaking. But let us not be paralyzed in our grief, but be motivated by it. The idea of America is not dead. The Constitution stands- for now.
