Why don’t we just hand Texas, Florida, or Oklahoma to Russia? We can call it a “territory swap” for goodwill. Americans can just leave and go somewhere else or live under Russian rule. Absurd, right? Stop suggesting people should just give up their home to an invader.

Lots of accidents lately, in Nova Scotia. Our government is testing more seniors more. Fine, but maybe it's not the seniors (who have been driving 55+ years) now. You might want to check stats on who is causing the accidents? Youth, cell, intoxication? New drivers? It's a mess out there.

Walked the Halifax Harbor Boardwalk the other day, early evening. Very impressive. As a former Dartmouthian, its been a few years since I bothered. Stopped for supper. Dropped into a local tavern. No hotel, $400!! Took me back 45 years when we barhopped in downtown Halifax.
