I always work in a version of a caprese when the tomatoes are good and the basil is fresh. I’ll also do something like a light veggie tart or a salad with veggies and cous cous or orzo.

For me paragraph 1 & 3 are generic who are you etc, and thanks for giving me consideration.

Paragraph 2 is the big one. Things like “as you can see in my cv I’ve done x and y which directly translates to this opportunity in z way”. It’s a roadmap of why you’re perfect out of 100 applicants

I hate writing them, but love a good cover letter when I’m looking for a candidate.
