I made it years ago for some event when I was a chef at Google and was really blown away with the flavor. I think it's a winner for sure. And yes, Matt I can read your mind😉

Any sort of bouillabaisse-ish seafood/fish stew type a thingy with really good bread. I don't have a recipe but the Brazilian moqueca is super delicious
