I have been thinking a lot about dreams and how they become hard to realize. Eventhought I'm doing this, YouTube videos, my dream is to open my own cider brewery.
However I could use your help and I understand I would need to offer something in return.🍽️🍋

So if u have been on vacation somewhere, did it ever inspired you totry to cook those dishes yourself??

I had a little after summer recharge week in Italy. So any requests that you would like to see? I can cook it all and explain it to you,,🍋🍽️

Do u or would u support a gofundme project? Let’s say I would have a dream to open a brewery(which is an actual dream).
I’m asking cause I’m somewhat hesitant to start one🍋🍽️

This might be a quick prep again.
Making elderflower kombucha, taking care of all the kombucha scoby’s. Marinating chicken. Making oak oil, lemongrass oil, herb oil, ginger lemongrass oil..
does this look much for 15 min work?🍋🍽️

Time for some kitchen hacks. But is it a hack or is it something for food prep or am I just being lazy🍽️🍋

Would it be interesting to see what a professional cook has actually at home to work with or uses at home often?? 🍋🍽️

I’m kinda curious.. what do you all think of this picture.. it looks pretty cool. And believe it or not but this is my work uniform 🍋🍽️

Time to take it a bit slower and enjoy the summer weather… having some nice sourdough breads fermented slowly in the fridge fits perfectly with it🍋🍽️

So this might be an unusual question coming from a chef, but I’m curious. Cooking can be super technical but what do you find interesting? 🍽️🍋

Tried bringing a salmon fillet back together with seaweed powder. It… almost held 😅
Paired with Granny Smith + cucumber salad.
Still figuring it out. Would you eat this? Or rethink it? 👀🍋🍽️

Making bonbons from scratch? Absolute chaos — chocolate everywhere, ganache doing whatever it wants, molds just vibing.
It’s messy, it’s fun, and honestly… that snap at the end makes it all worth it 😅🍫🍋

Making chocolate bonbons at home is a delightful experience. My simple ganache satisfies sweet cravings, and filling them is easy. I love pairing them with coffee, using dark chocolate for a coffee ganache, creating a treat perfect for any occasion.🍋 🍽️

This lesser-known sauce is fantastic, especially on steak, where it melts for a rich bite. Perfect for barbecue season, its savory, salty taste and creamy texture complement meats, veggies, and seafood. Use it on grilled chicken, roasted veggies, or as a dip to elevate any meal!🍋 🍽️

Does this look like a salad for you?🍋🍽️

The summer is here again so time to do some fresh pasta dishes but with a twist. It might be that you never thought about it or heard about but the hardest part is still cooking the pasta🍋🍽️
June 3, 2025 at 10:41 AM
So I made cafe de Paris which a pretty French sauce.. and now I’m wondering could I make it Italian.. like Italy doesn’t use mustard, so with what Italian product would you replace it 🍽️🍋
May 8, 2025 at 11:37 PM
Trying something new or actually a classic .. cafe de Paris sauce. Like a true classic, butter and cream of course but with a lot of the spring herbs can make a perfect addition to the evening meal 🍋🍜🍽️

Whole grain pasta, roasted paprika, sundried tomatoes and basil. Not a combination I use often BUT oddly enough it’s a pasta dish without a sauce so I had to try it..
What are your thoughts of it??🍋

Sometimes, trying something different leads to amazing results! This chicken dish turned out so good, it has me eager to experiment more. Who knows how much of a difference it could make next time?

Sometimes you just want something fresh. So I made a delicious meal salad. Stuff like grilled artichoke, paprika, roasted cauliflower, croutons, chicken in tomato sauce, potato and some spinach. With that fresh garden dressing it was AMAZING!! And ready to eat for a busy weekend🍋

So this is just out of curiosity. There are a lot of people sharing cooking videos or try to be the next Jamie Oliver.. so if u come across one, how does does he/ske keeps your interest and how often do u look what he/she does?🍽️

Sometimes I just forgot what I have on stuff… after some organizing I found this beautiful mortar. I’m not gonna be posh and name the brand but I’m happy to have it.. and ofc had to try it out right away by making a garlic, garden herb dressing in 🍋🍽️
