As a minimum wage worker this is not exactly a win. My hours are just gonna get cut down to the bare minimum (4 hours a week). I genuinely think we’ve reached a point where we can’t increase it anymore without causing mass unemployment

I’m so bad at applying for jobs but I did actually apply for one today, and it was one of those video assessment ones so not doing anymore job applications today 😂

I think we should just ban cover letters. Why should I write a whole essay to say things that you can clearly see in my CV? If you want a further clarification, that’s literally the whole point of an interview?

my pet peeve is British people using Americanisms, eg spelling favourite without the u or pronouncing lever wrong. Like did you not go to school? 😭😭😭

the more and more I read about the us government structure the more it sounds like England pre civil war (1600s). Your president has more power than our monarchs have had in a very long time. Congress should have more power.
