When I started teaching 6-7 years ago I generally had 5-10 (out of 150) kids read at least one of the HP books throughout the year. Now it’s less than 3 per year.

Really glad you shared bc I was considering watching it- I fell off in the years between season 2 and 3- and now I know not to bother.

I love GBBO, Great Pottery Throw Down, and shows like that (the jewelry making one and the flower arranging one and the glass blowing one) bc they seem more about celebrating and educating about the activities than being about a cutthroat competition.

One time my fiancé and I decided to race to see who could fall asleep fastest. He fell asleep first, then woke up and crowed about winning, then fell asleep again. I was flabbergasted that he lapped me in a race to fall asleep. 😂😂😂

The first thing I thought of was how many teachers I know that use Canva for their teaching slides. With a pro-ish version being free for educators and students, we’ve been using it more and more at my school. I’m worried about people giving in to this type of censorship bc Canva is so easy to use.

I think her last *Romance* (no sub-genre) was in 2010-ish, The Bride Quartet. I feel like her last “Para-Nora trilogy” that was more romance than fantasy was The Guardians that ended in 2015ish. I feel like The Witness was her last romantic suspense that more romance than not, but that’s debatable.
