It happens to me when I have just coffee and coconut milk, I don't eat or drink lactose because diarrhea

I have to co-regulate, use the Socratic method to lead them to understand why being selfish/reactive does harm to relationships, & why it's important to seek harmony and cultivate compassion for people who love and care about you.

It's exhausting 😭
