It is insanely emotionally exhausting to manage my own emotional self-regulation while trying to teach my teenaged child emotional self-regulation.

I thought these were fake plastic display grapes at the night market but they are real! They taste very mild and slightly floral. I've noticed a lot of fruits here have a floral note that I never encountered in the US

I got a blood pressure measurement device for home because of my white coat syndrome and I've discovered that scrolling memes lowers my blood pressure, lol.
Of course I had to do this experiment 😅 I took measurements before and after for 6 days. Just a funny case study...
