Every criminal in this regime needs to be held accountable for their actions.

My post was not in defense of the atrocities committed by the Church at all. I fully sympathize with its victims. It’s disgusting. The Church’s history is full of acts I can not defend. I'm not a fan of stereotypes or generalizations that all Catholics downplay the horrendous actions of pedophiles.

Just an FYI, the Catholic League is an independent, private organization that is not an official agency of the Catholic Church. Not sanctioned at all by the Church this is a fringe view

Great piece. Quick question: when the pendulum swings, we should definitely push for bold legislation to defend and protect marginalized communities. What are your thoughts on holding those accountable for potential crimes? We seemed to have “retreated” from this in 2020.

I really hope this is AI. This is such a global embarrassment.

It's complicated. But the bottom line is the next step would be for the whole court to consider it and it could result it in a stay designed by the 6-justice legion of doom.

I disagree. The incentive should be measured in terms of the improved lives of your constituents, not in financial terms. Unless you're arguing that they should have a living wage? Making the incentive financial-only would only attract those motivated by greed and would increase corruption.

Awesome interview. Don’t sell yourself short. Your live recordings and bootlegs are awesome. We used to trade them in high school, and Kashmir at Earls Court in ‘75 can’t be beat.

Exactly! This mistake should not be made again.

State-sponsored media will spin each of those topics to make them seem positive. If it impacts an individual who is a devout follower, the erosion of the fourth estate will reinforce their conviction that making America great again is a worthy sacrifice. They will follow him to their own peril.

The sad thing is, this isn't a joke. He visited the Winter Palace in 1987 and used it to inspire his penthouse in Trump Tower. www.thetimes.com/world/us-wor...
It’s Winter Palace meets casino room . . . he likes it ‘gaudy as hell’
When nearly 19 million Americans tuned in on Sunday night for the first big TV interview with their next president, they saw Donald Trump perched on a golden Louis XV chair, beneath an arched ceiling

According to the International Institute for Sustainable Development, the cost to feed one child a year would be $208.05, which means Trump could’ve fed $4.8 million children for an entire year, or he could build this horrendous vanity project. www.donorplatform.org/wp-content/u...
